The recipient sees a visual card. It is not an export file and it does not give access to Apple Health.
HealthSave hides exact numbers by default, so a card can say "Moved" or "Rested" instead of exposing raw values.
HealthSave has no cloud account. Data leaves the phone only when the user exports a file or syncs to a destination they choose.
