What devices does HealthSave support?
HealthSave works with any device that syncs to Apple Health: Apple Watch, Whoop, Samsung Health (via Health Sync), Huawei Health, Amazfit, Garmin, Fitbit, and more. If your wearable writes to Apple Health, HealthSave can export it. See our supported devices page for details.
How do I export my data?
Open HealthSave, go to the Export tab, select your date range and format (CSV, JSON, or PDF), then tap Export. You can share the file to Files, Mail, AirDrop, Google Drive, or any app on your phone. See our step-by-step export guide.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free gives you a live health dashboard, 7-day export history, and CSV/JSON export. Pro ($14.99 one-time) unlocks unlimited export history, PDF reports, automatic background backup, full trend charts, and smart home integration. See all features.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. Pro is a one-time purchase of $14.99. You pay once and keep all Pro features forever. No recurring charges.
Can I restore my purchase on a new device?
Yes. Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Your Pro upgrade is tied to your Apple ID and works across all your devices, including Family Sharing (up to 6 family members).
Does HealthSave collect my data?
No. HealthSave collects zero data. There are no analytics, no tracking, no accounts, and no cloud services. All processing happens on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How does automatic backup work?
With Pro, you can configure HealthSave to sync your health data to your own server automatically in the background, even when you're not using the app. Server builders can use the HealthSave API contract.
What is the Home Assistant integration?
HealthSave can send your health metrics as live sensor entities to a Home Assistant instance on your local network. This lets you build smart home automations based on your real health data.
How do I request a refund?
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's refund process.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
