How to Export Blood Oxygen (SpO2) Data

To export blood oxygen (SpO2) data, download HealthSave free, grant Apple Health access, and export from the Export tab as CSV, JSON, or PDF. SpO2 is the percentage of oxygen carried by red blood cells, normally 95–100%, and Apple Watch Series 6 and later measure it periodically, including during sleep. What is Blood Oxygen (SpO2) Data?

Blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) measures the percentage of oxygen carried by red blood cells. Normal SpO2 is 95-100%. Apple Watch Series 6+ measures SpO2 periodically, including during sleep.

How to Export Blood Oxygen (SpO2) Data with HealthSave

1. Download HealthSave

2. Grant Apple Health Access

When you open HealthSave, grant access to the relevant health metrics in Apple Health. Make sure Blood Oxygen (SpO2) Data is enabled.
