1

Download HealthSave

Navigate to the Export tab. Pick the health metrics you want — heart rate, resting heart rate, HRV, sleep stages, steps, calories, SpO2, VO2 max, workouts, and more. Select a custom date range.

4

Select Export Format

CSV — Opens in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers. Best for data analysis and spreadsheets.
JSON — Structured data for developers, APIs, and custom integrations.
PDF — Formatted health report. Share with your doctor or keep for your records. (Pro feature)

5

Export & Share

Tap Export. Use the iOS share sheet to save to Files, send via Mail or AirDrop, upload to Google Drive or iCloud, or share to any app on your phone.
