By downloading, installing, or using HealthSave ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
HealthSave grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to Apple's Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
HealthSave offers a one-time "Pro" upgrade at $14.99 USD (prices may vary by region and currency). This is a non-consumable in-app purchase that:
All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. We do not handle payment information. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
HealthSave is not a medical device. The App reads health data from Apple HealthKit and presents it in dashboards, charts, and export files for informational purposes only.

HealthSave displays data as reported by Apple HealthKit and your connected devices. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any health data. Data accuracy depends on your wearable devices, their sensors, and how they sync to Apple Health.
Your privacy is fundamental to HealthSave. We collect zero data. All processing happens on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HealthSave and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, health decisions made based on App data, or inability to use the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
