What is Walking Metrics?
Since iOS 15, Apple Health tracks advanced walking metrics: Walking Speed (km/h), Step Length (cm), Walking Asymmetry (percentage difference between legs), Double Support Percentage (time both feet on ground), and Stair Speed (ascent/descent). These are measured passively by iPhone's motion sensors.
