What is Exercise Minutes & Stand Hours?
Exercise Minutes (Apple's green ring) counts minutes of brisk activity. Stand Hours (blue ring) counts hours where you stood and moved for at least one minute. Both are stored in Apple Health along with Move calories (red ring).
How to Export Exercise Minutes & Stand Hours with HealthSave
1. Download HealthSave
Get HealthSave from the App Store — it's free. No account or sign-up needed.
2. Grant Apple Health Access
When you open HealthSave, grant access to the relevant health metrics in Apple Health. Make sure Exercise Minutes & Stand Hours is enabled.
3. View on Dashboard
Your latest data appears on the HealthSave dashboard. With Pro, you can track 7/30/90-day trends.
4. Export to CSV, JSON, or PDF
Go to the Export tab, select Exercise Minutes & Stand Hours, choose your date range and format:
