How to Export Workout Data from Apple Watch

What is Workout Data?

Apple Watch records detailed data for 80+ workout types including running, cycling, swimming, hiking, yoga, HIIT, and strength training. Each workout includes duration, active calories, average/max heart rate, and distance (where applicable).
