How to Export Weight Data with HealthSave

1. Download HealthSave

Get HealthSave from the App Store, it's free. No account or sign-up needed.

2. Grant Apple Health Access

When you open HealthSave, grant access to the relevant health metrics in Apple Health. Make sure Weight Data is enabled.

3. View on Dashboard

Your latest data appears on the HealthSave dashboard. With Pro, you can track 7/30/90-day trends.

4. Export to CSV, JSON, or PDF

Go to the Export tab, select Weight Data, choose your date range and format:

  • CSV, opens in Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers
  • JSON, structured data for developers and APIs
